The Atacama Desert is a powerful example of these extraordinary systems, while known as the driest desert in the world, it is also the setting for an extraordinary event of moving beauty known as the "Flowering Desert". The cycle of this phenomenon depends on various factors, such as the resilient underground dormancy of seeds and bulbs, abundant coastal rainfall (at least 15 mm), and suitable temperaturas, which, acting in concert, bring about this magnificent display of life and natural beauty, offering us the chance to connect deeply with our inner selves through an exceptional and stirring natural experience.
With our private tours at Tastur Atacama, you can witness this magical spectacle, featuring over 200 species of flowers such as the Lirio, Pata de Guanaco, Suspiro, Añañuca, Garra de León, Flor del Jote, Pajarito, Oreja de Zorro, Clavelillo, Malvilla, Copiapoa, among many others, creating a colorful blanket that stretches from south of Bahía Inglesa to Chañaral de Aceituno.
We will begin our journey south from Bahía Inglesa, traveling along the coast through the Atacama Desert to the epicenter of this extraordinary and unique phenomenon, where seeds burst into bloom, revealing a stunning array of colors and shapes. The trip also includes a visit to the fishing cove of Totoral, where we can savor the culinary delights offered by the Pacific Ocean.

Policy of postponement and cancellation of reservations
Our bookings materialize well in advance, which normally causes our schedule to fill up in advance and no longer admit the entry of new ones. For this reason, bookings may be postponed at no additional cost if the postponement is made at least 60 days before the start of the program. In this case, the payment made as confirmation will remain intact for the next date. Bookings that wish to be canceled will have a 100% refund of the payment as long as their cancellation is made at least 90 days in advance; If the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days, the refund will be 50%. After that period there will be no right to refund.
